Spooky Halloween Mini Album Project and Process Videos

My next Mini Album project is this one featuring the Spooky Halloween suite from Stampin' Up. This 5 1/2" x 6 1/2" album has 4 pages with insets, pockets, folio pockets and lots more and holds over 25 photos. I had so much fun making this album.

You can see the pages of the mini album in the following pictures. I have also included a walkthru video along with my process videos at the end of this post.

I used the Spooky Halloween Suite from Stampin' Up along with medium weight chipboard and medium and heavy weight black cardstock to create this mini album project. You can find a PDF with the supplies list and cutlist by following this link - Supplies and Cutlist.

I did process videos for the creation of the album, pages, and elements of this project. I did not do a video for decorating the album but did include the decorative elements in the Supplies and Cutlist file. I split the process videos for this project into 2 separate videos - creating the mini album and adding the pages, and adding the pockets and other elements to the pages. Finishing up the Rhine River Trip album

I am sharing with you today the remaining layouts from my Rhine River Trip album. It was such a fun trip and we will enjoy looking over the layouts in the album to reminisce on the memories. I love how this album turned out and it was fun working with the Hope & Kindness collection for the whole album to give it a unified look and feel.

After I completed the last page I did realize that the layouts were too much for one physical album so I split them into two albums and created two additional layouts for these. One layout as an ending page to the first volume and another for the beginning of the second. I used a map creator online to map the locations we visited in each volume as a way of tying the volumes together.

Ruks Museum Layout

Getting back on track in 2023 and one step closer to finishing up the album from our Rhine River Trip. Completed this layout during the most recent Scrapbook with me event to record our visit to the Ruks Museum in Amsterdam.

The inspiration for this layout comes from this sketch from Even More Scrapping. You can see this sketch along with others here.

Instead of using patterned paper for the larger background pieces I used an SVG from the Life's A Hoot Digital Art Collection. I cut this image on my Cricut for each page and then used some scrap patterned paper to add something extra behind some of the openings. The title was die cut using the Slimline Alphabet Thin Cuts set.

Catching up on Rhine River Trip layouts

Today I am sharing some of the recent layouts I have done from our Rhine River trip album. I have continued to work on these layouts during recent Scrapbook with me events. I am still working with the Hope & Kindness Collection for the layouts in this album. I love being able to create a trip album from a single collection to give a unified look and feel to the layouts in it.
