Hoping back a bit to finish up my 2021 album at a recent Scrapbook with me event. I created this layout for my December 2021 Recap using up some of the Wonderland Collection. This collection was perfect for the beginning of winter here in Massachusetts.
The inspiration for this layout came from this sketch by Dusty Attic. You can see this sketch along with others here.
To make this 1-page sketch into a 2-page layout I mirrored the left page onto the right page. I then extended the photo block across the 2 pages. The title was die cut using the Simple Serif Thin Cuts set. The tabs were die cut using the Tags & Tabs Thin Cuts set. I used a 4x6 Picture My Life Card that I cut down for the journal box and used some scraps of other Picture My Life Cards to add some additional patterns to the layout.
