November 2019 Monthly Recap

As my girls have gotten older I have found the photos I take on a daily basis and at events or holidays have changed. With the photos changing so has my scrapbooking. In order to roll with these changes I have started to do a monthly recap series of layouts and for each month create a 2-page layout with an overview of the month. I have been working on these during my twice-weekly Scrapbook with me sessions with my group and want to start sharing them here with you all.

This layout was based on this sketch from Even More Scrapping.

You can find the sketch along with other layout variations here.

I used some of the paper from the Bloom With Grace Paper pack for my version of this sketch along with cardstock from the Coordinating Cardstock pack and a card from the Picture My Life Cards.

I cut the title and leaves on my Cricut and added some wood shapes I had in my stash to add some embellishment to the layout.

I had a quite a few extra photos from November so I incorporated some 4"x4" Flip Flap Memory Protectors to make a waterfall element on the layout to hold the photos. I used some twine that I adhered underneath the bottom photo in order to tie the waterfall element closed.

If you are interested in joining me for one of my events, head on over to my Facebook page to follow me and sign up for the events!

Hope you like the layout. Thanks for stopping by!
