Had a blast working with the Stars & Sparklers paper collection for this layout from the 4th of July this year. This collection had a classic 4th of July feel to it but is also perfect for celebrating all sorts of occasions like family get-togethers, backyard parties, fairs, festivals, and everyday fun.
The inspiration for the layout came from this sketch which we used during a recent Scrapbook with me event. You can see this sketch and others from Scrapbook Generation here.
The title and some of the embellishments came from the sticker sheet that came along with the paper pack. I used a retired Thin Cut set to die cut some of the stars and the others were from the sequins embellishment pack that coordinated with the Stars & Sparklers paper pack. I used Thin 3-D Foam Tape to give some added dimension to the title, journal box and the stars.
