Mike and Meghan enjoy going to the various festivals and farmer's markets nearby. This time they went to a Barbeque Festival at Wachussett Mountain. They enjoyed the food and drink there along with the craft booths and activities. I pulled some of my remaining scraps from the Change of Scenery workshop kit to create this layout.
The inspiration for this layout came from this sketch from the Creative Scrapbooker Facebook challenge group.
I converted this sketch from 12" x 12" to 8 1/2" x 11" to keep with the other layouts in my family album. I modified the photo sizes as well to work with the new layout size. The title was die cut using the Block Alphabet Thin Cuts set. The faux-stitching was added using a White Gel Pen and a ruler. The remaining embellishments came from the workshop kit.
