Mike and I had a blast wandering around Provincetown while on the Cape for the weekend. I loved all of the eclectic shops and restaurants! It was a beautiful sunny fall day and perfect for wandering around on the Cape.
The inspiration for this layout came from this sketch from Page Maps. You can see this sketch along with others here.
I converted the sketch to 8 1/2" x 11" to work with the size I use for my albums. I changed the photo sizes to work with the changed layout size. I liked the minimal use of patterned paper on this layout and kept with just 2 patterns which really enhanced the photos. The title was stamped using an alphabet set from my stash and I added the faux-stitching around the border using a ruler and both a white gel pen and black pen. The pattern papers and embellishments all came from the Seas The Day collection I am using for these layouts.
