Cool Cars Layout

On Father's Day we went with Mike to a local car show since it was one of the things he wanted to do. I loved checking out all of the cars there, especially the non-standard ones. I dug deep into my stash and pulled out scraps from the retired More Magical collection for this. The colors and patterns in this collection worked perfect with the photos.

The inspiration for this layout came from this sketch from Brenda Ragsdale. You can see this sketch along with others here.

I converted the sketch from 12" x 12" to 8 1/2" x 11" and changed the photo sizes to work with the new layout size. The title was die cut using the Simple Serif Uppercase Thin Cuts set. I die cut the stars and added some lines using a White Gel Pen to add something extra to them. The tags were hand cut.
